It is effect has worsened in the resent past and affects both developing and developed countries. While studies on global warming and climate change are widely documented, a significant number of people are yet to fully understand the implication of scientific evidence drawn on the subject. The following study seeks to assess the implication of climate change for the welfare of humans and the environment at large. Moreover, the study will contribute to knowledge development and making of informed policy decisions. The study is based on two main hypotheses; (1) That humans have a significant impact on global warming and climate. (2) Climate change has a significant negative impact on people, the environment and societal wellbeing. The researcher relied will use a mix research design approach. Both primary and secondary data will be used. Data collection will be administered online using a survey questionnaire. Qualitative data will be analyzed using thematic approach, while quantitative data will be analyzed using STATA, a statistical tool used for the process. A pilot study was conducted with a focus on three participants with a goal of assessing efficacy and reliability of the data collection tool. Meanwhile, human health has been imperiled by environmental degradation that can be correlated to some of the world aspects of the oil and gas industry. These factors and more have driven this research into health and safety in the oil and gas industry and how to improve environmental conditions. The research focuses on customers' attitudes toward green products in the food sector and fills a gap in the literature on green development implementation and consumer attitudes. In this regard, the study provides a research model to examine the link between production, pricing, and promotion, as well as sustainable development in the presence of government influence. The research approach was tested only by evaluating research hypotheses using data acquired from customers in Dubai. Unfortunately, time constraints and a small sample size made applying data validity and reliability methodologies challenging. The analysis's findings are reported. Several implications are examined. Despite the limitations, this study adds to the literature and provides useful data that highlight the significance of SMEs empowerment as a fundamental driver of green economic growth. Innovative groundwater management methods have been developed to solve this problem and increase productivity, but their impact on farmers' performance and revenues remains unclear. This study adopted a qualitative research approach to investigate the relationship between the independent variable of innovative groundwater systems and the dependent variables of farmers' performance and revenues. The study aimed to determine the impact of innovative methods on agricultural workers and raise awareness about their importance. Twenty farmers were interviewed, and content analysis was used to analyze their responses. The findings indicate a positive correlation between the use of innovative groundwater management methods and farmers' performance, resulting in increased revenues and productivity. The adoption of innovative methods by farms has contributed to the improvement of agricultural projects, profitability, and productivity. Greater awareness of innovative ways to use water is essential for improving farmers' performance and increasing profits while conserving water and preventing waste. This study highlights the need for specialists, farmers, and individuals interested in the agricultural industry to seek accurate information and contribute to positive changes in the field by adopting innovative methods.
