A total of 525 faculty members and general education teachers at Saudi University were surveyed using two online questionnaires. Arithmetic means and standard deviations, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha stability coefficient were used as statistical methods. The study statistically determines the differences between the study sample members at the significance level (0.05). The main results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the sample members at the significance level (0.05). The study concluded by drawing a clear picture of the role of the reality of e-learning (public and university) in combating extremism, and recommended the extreme future need to develop a proposed strategy using smart Learning in the modern world.
Prof. Aisha Bleyhesh Al-Amri Dr. Khaloud Zainaddin Mr. Abdulrahman Ahmed Zahid Mrs. Jehan Sulaimani Copyright (c) 2024 The International Journal of Excellence in Smart Learning https://journals.hbmsu.ac.ae/index.php/IJESL 2024-02-15 2024-02-15 1 1 1 38 Agile Transformation on Hybrid Learning in the UAE https://journals.hbmsu.ac.ae/index.php/IJESL/article/view/66
Most governments are currently incorporating new changes in their systems to respond to their citizens' ever-changing needs effectively. Improvements in digitization and the need for a flexible learning environment have stirred the adoption of hybrid learning within the MoE in the UAE. The current study aims to identify the effect of hybrid learning on student academic success and achievements. Data was collected using the secondary sources of previous research studies. Fifty research findings were analyzed from 55 quantitative studies published between 2015 and 2021. The sample of relevant research studies was selected from a database of peer-reviewed and scholarly articles and examined using the Meta-analysis technique. Variables such as the discipline, education level, and publication type were used as the mediating variables. The results obtained in the random effect model show a significant effect of hybrid learning on student achievements. It was also concluded that hybrid learning in sciences had the most significant effect size on student achievement. This research explores the impacts of these findings and offers recommendations for future research.

Purpose: This study aims to conduct a meta-analysis on previous research studies to identify the effect of hybrid learning on student academic success and achievements

Methodology/Approach: Data was collected using the secondary sources of previous research studies. This endeavor seeks to establish a general understanding of a coherent projection of the author’s elaboration on revealing the practical and theoretical connection between the two concepts. It is an attempt by the author to pinpoint the relation between the two concepts as well as explain the impeded functions pertinent to managing the systematic application of the two interrelated concepts - the Systems Approach and Virtual Learning Environment- in real-world situations which may lead to an efficient virtual instructional environment.
khawla Bajbouj Copyright (c) 2024 The International Journal of Excellence in Smart Learning 2024-02-15 2024-02-15 1 1 60 77
