The Dubai Police Technological Change and Innovation

Abstract

In government organizations, some would say that its impossible to find them applying innovation at their work. However, Dubai Police approve that this statement is incorrect. Within this paper, it will review and verify only Dubai’s Police ways of using innovation, which was through technologies, strategies, collaborating, teams, workspace… etc, were it was gathered through real case records, interviews and personal experience. While reviewing their ways of innovation, an online survey was made to see UAE citizens feedback regarding their thoughts towards some of Dubai’s Police innovative activities. The survey results indicated that the citizens agree with Dubai Police new ideas, also, some of the survey participants were impressed with the Police hard work on using the latest trends and apply them at their work. This paper purpose is to show an insight of how a government sectors could apply innovation and how Dubai Police were able to achieve it.
